Have you ever wished to turn back the time? When life is hard and mean to you When people say “grow up,” “suck it up” “Everyone went through the same thing” “Why can’t you be like them?” And so everyone smiles and takes everything in their strides Forced to laugh when we’re sad

Forced to smile when we’re mad But we cry behind the doors We cry ourselves to sleep “It’s okay to lose. It’s okay to fail” Why can’t we say things like that for a change? Why can’t we understand?
